[This time Yukimura deepens the kiss, his hand moving up to cup Saitou's cheek. As long as he's not protesting, well- this is a risk that he wants to take. Maybe just this once.]

[Well, that'll certainly get him to blush harder. His hand moves to Yukimura's shoulder - and then stays there, as though he's torn between "what if someone sees us, I should push him off" and "nobody was too close to here, a little longer couldn't hurt."]

[Just a little longer was all that Yukimura wanted. He knew that someone might see them here-- and there were more appropriate places for this, besides. But now that the moment was here, he wanted to be able to enjoy it for a little while longer, and so he leans in closer, enjoying the moment while he can before he's pushed back (and rightfully so, most likely).]

[He waits until they come up for air - because they have to, sometime - before giving Yukimura's shoulder a gentle push back.

He doesn't look displeased about it, though.]

[The fact that he doesn't look displeased about it is good enough for Yukimura- and he can't help giving Saitou a shy smile, even as he moves back to give him some space.

That was definitely worth any potential embarrassment.]

[It's that smile that held him back from pushing Yukimura back sooner in the first place - he didn't want to get a kicked puppy face instead. He likes when Yukimura smiles like that.]

[It would be pretty difficult for Saitou to upset him like that, let's be real. Though Saitou is one of the few people who can make him smile like this too. He flushes a little beneath that intense gaze, but it only makes the smile even brighter.]

It usually comes on suddenly, but there comes a point when one can't help but start recognizing the signs, and although Saitou could have almost written off the quickening of his pulse as just another side effect of the way Yukimura was looking at him...

He stands up, gently extracting his hand from Yukimura's.]

...excuse me for a moment, Yukimura-dono.

[Now he's seriously confused. Did he do something wrong? What was going on? It takes him a moment to get his bearings, but once he does, he quickly stands up too.]

What is the matter?

[- am looking kind of pale and starting to sweat and the pain's starting to kick in, NO BIG DEAL, RIGHT.

He grinds his teeth and tries to ignore it. He has to at least stay composed long enough to shoo Yukimura away.]
