WHO: Nobuchika and... anyone who wants to approach him, haha.
WHAT: THERE IS A GIANT SNAKE MONSTER ON THE BEACH. ... But it's a little too blue to be one of the Hydra's heads... besides, it seems to be tamed.
WHERE: Hasedō beach resort, lols.
WARNING(S): It knows Aqua Tail.
[Quick! To theBatmobile moon-powered time machine! There are rumors one of the Hydra's heads has appeared at Hasedō!
... Except... that's not really what it is. Sure, sure, there is a giant, scaly, menacing-looking snake scaring the lights out of all the commoners with its sheer size and terrifying looks. But, for one, you can actually see where the monster ends, i.e. the tip of its tail. Secondly, it's very colorful, blue and yellow. And third, it's not really doing anything evil so far. It's just lying on the beach. Sometimes, it slithers into the water and goes for a swim. As scary as the giant snake looks, there's no real imminent danger for anybody.
A rather obscure teenage samurai, whom some may or may not recognize as the young heir of the Chōsokabe clan, blissfully sits on the sand just a couple feet away from the snake monster. On his lap is what seems to be a giant red carp, and on his back is a playful, tiny blue and yellow monkey, straddling the young samurai's neck and sitting on his shoulders.
Nobuchika looks up at the snake and smiles at it.]
I like it here! It reminds me of our home of Fontaine. What do you think, Gyarados?
[If the monster's odd docility had attracted a few curious people, the echoing ROARRRR of its reply now sends them all running. All except Nobuchika, of course, who just laughs merrily.]
